CS-2000 Static Dissipative

CS-2000 Static Dissipative

Anti-static flooring paint designed for electrostatic-sensitive environments, with a stable conductivity range of 10⁶~10⁹Ω. Utilizes self-conductive nanocomposite technology to achieve standard dissipative anti-static performance without the need for additional carbon black brushing or copper foil installation. Complies with GB/T 36340-2018 "General Specification for Anti-static Raised Access Floors" and ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Construction Process

01

Ensure the base is dry, solid, and dust-free.

Concrete moisture content ≤ 8%, compressive strength ≥ 25 MPa. Use professional grinding equipment and vacuum clean.

02

Install a copper foil grounding grid with 6m x 6m spacing.

Use 0.05mm oz copper foil laid along walls and gridlines, connected to the building grounding terminal. Grounding resistance < 10Ω.

03

Electrostatic conductive intermediate coat applied by roll coating to establish a conductive path.

Apply 0.15–0.2 kg/m² to ensure good contact with the copper foil. Allow to dry for 4–6 hours.

04

Apply conductive topcoat to complete the anti-static system.

Apply at a rate of 0.1-0.12 kg/m² using a cross-hatch pattern for two coats, with an interval of 6-8 hours between coats. Total dry film thickness ≥ 0.3 mm.

05

Use a surface resistance tester to measure all parameters.

Test at least 3 points per 50㎡, recording surface resistance, volume resistance, and electrostatic decay time to ensure compliance with design requirements.

Important Notes

Construction Safety and Quality Control

  • Construction must be performed by a professional crew.
  • Pre-construction testing of substrate moisture content and electrical conductivity
  • The grounding system must be securely connected and pass inspection.
  • Strictly control construction environment temperature and humidity
  • Inspect and confirm after each step.
  • Minimum curing period: 7 days
  • Regularly inspect anti-static performance (recommended every 6 months)
  • Do not cover the floor with insulating materials.

Maintenance Guide

Use anti-static specialized cleaner
Do not wax or apply insulating coatings.
Periodically check surface resistance values
Maintain humidity at 40%-60%RH
Repair damaged areas promptly and inspect
Create and maintain inspection records
