CS-2000 Floor Stain

CS-2000 Floor Stain

A multi-component nano-polymer gradient composite integrating inorganic interpenetrating polymer networks with MOD, sol-gel, and sp³ structures. Vertical bonding and permeation curing ensure a robust coating-substrate interface, while the hybrid nanostructure delivers exceptional hardness and wear resistance.

Construction Process

01

Thoroughly clean and prepare the base to ensure it is solid and level.

Rough-grind with 50-100 grit resin discs, then fine-grind with 200-400 grit. Thoroughly remove slurry and loose layers; vacuum until clean.

02

Apply dedicated primer to enhance penetration.

Apply primer evenly. Usage: 0.1-0.15 kg/m². Allow to dry for 2-3 hours until touch-dry.

03

Apply the colorant in two coats for even coverage.

Apply a thin first coat at 0.05 kg/m² and allow to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply the second coat normally at 0.05-0.08 kg/m² using a cross-hatch pattern.

04

Apply CS-3200 protectant to enhance durability.

After the colorant has fully cured (24–48 hours), apply the protective coating 1–2 times using a roller at a rate of 0.15–0.2 kg/m². Allow it to cure for 24 hours.

Important Notes

Construction Safety and Quality Control

  • Construction temperature: 10-35°C; humidity ≤80%. Prevent condensation.
  • Newly poured concrete must be cured for at least 28 days before construction begins.
  • Old floors must be completely stripped of wax and coatings.
  • Minor color variations may occur between production batches. We recommend purchasing an adequate quantity in one order.
  • Clean construction tools immediately after use.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation at the construction site.
  • Avoid direct sunlight on the construction surface
  • Avoid contact if pregnant or allergic.

Maintenance Guide

Avoid washing for 7 days after application
Clean with a soft broom or vacuum for daily use
Periodically clean with a neutral detergent
Avoid scratching the floor with sharp objects.
Suggest adding protective mats in vehicle driving areas.
Reapply protective coating every 1-2 years to extend service life.
